Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Perform leak check of the sense line between FCV 1 and CPNOH.
  2. Swap FCV 1 with FCV 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace FCV 1 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Swap CPNOHs. Is the fault message still present?

    1. If NO, replace the defective CPNOH and do close out.
    2. If YES, continue with next step.

  4. Swap ACSC 1 with ACSC 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace ACSC 1 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Swap DAU 1 with DAU 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace DAU 1 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  6. Swap SPDA 2 with SPDA 3.

    1. If system checks are good, replace SPDA 2 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  7. Check JB5 PCB1 K1 relay (ref Systems Schematic Manual) operation and perform a continuity check between ACSC 1, FCV and DAU 1.

    A87P1-95 L24P1-2
    L24P1-9 A17BP1-D9

    1. If there is continuity, repair defective associated wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  8. Select PACK control switch from AUTO to MANUAL to energize the relay break continuity.

    1. If relay fails to energize check for power to relay from SPDA 2.
    2. If relay is energized check for ground on wire to PACK Control Switch for short to ground.

  9. Do close out.
