Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Check the status of the temp control valve command in CAIMS (CAIMS path SYSTEM DIAG/21-00 AIR CONDITIONING/ACSC-2B/LRU TEST/R ACSC CH.B CNTL PNL & VALVE DATA).
  2. Perform a wiring check of all wires between the Temperature Control Valve and ACSC 2.

    1. If wiring checks are not good, repair the defective associated wiring and do close out.
    2. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  3. Interchange Temperature Control Valve 2 with Temperature Control Valve 1.

    1. If the system check is good, replace Temperature Control Valve 2 and do close out.
    2. If the fault remains, continue with next step.

  4. Replace ACSC 2.
  5. Do close out.
