Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Check for power at the A/Ice pressure sensor #2, the Pack Inlet Pressure Sensor #2, or the Pack Inlet Flow Sensor #2.

    1. If there is no power, go to step 3.
    2. If you have power at any of these, continue with next step.

  2. Swap ACSC 2 with ACSC 1.

    1. If system checks are good, replace ACSC 2 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Swap SPDA 4 with SPDA 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace SPDA 4 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.
NOTE 1: If SPDA 3 has been swapped with SPDA 4 a fault may have been transferred to another system on SPDA 2 ref Build 4 load lists with Pinout.xls.
NOTE 2: When swapping SPDAs, it is possible to loose your DC cabin feeds. Check the EMS-CDU Switch Control Page 3 under SYSTEM - CNTL button. First page is AC feeds 2nd and 3rd are DC feeds that will toggle off.

  4. Remove JB6 and perform wiring checks of all wiring / circuit involved with the sensors power source.

    1. If the wiring checks are not good, repair the defective associated wiring and do close out.
    2. If the wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  5. Perform continuity check of JB6.

    1. If there is continuity, repair the defective associated wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  6. Replace JB6.
  7. Do close out.
