Fault Description:
The Compressor Discharge temperature has been detected in an overheat condition.
Possible Causes:
- Air Cycle Machine
- Air Conditioning System Controller (ACSC) 2 (A88)
- Compressor Discharge Temperature Sensor 2 (E31)
- Pack Inlet Flow Sensor 2 (MT109)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Perform leak check of the left pack.
- Remove re-heater condenser and perform torque check of the ACM.
- Swap Pack Inlet Flow sensor 2 with Pack Inlet Flow sensor 1.
- If system checks are good, replace Pack Inlet Flow sensor 2 and do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Swap compressor discharge temperature sensor 2 with compressor discharge temperature sensor 1.
- If system checks are good, replace compressor discharge temperature sensor 2 and do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Perform a wiring checks of all wires between compressor discharge temperature sensor and ACSC 2.
- If the wiring checks are not good, replace the defective associated wiring and do close out.
- If the wiring checks are good, continue with next step.
- Replace ACSC 2.
- Do close out.
