Fault Description:
Secondary Logic Card (SLC) 4 detects a discrepancy between the coil drive status and auxiliary contact status of K25 Contactor.
Possible Causes:
- AC Power Center (ACPC) (A54)
- AC Power Center (ACPC) TB402
- AC Power Center (ACPC) Contactor (K25)
- Secondary Logic Card (SLC) 4
- Electronic Module 2 (EM2)
- Associated Wiring

NOTE: If AC BUS 4 FEEDER (K25) is tripped and is not resettable:
- Check K25 output (A2/B2/C2) and make sure all the three phases are not shorted to ground.
- Do a resistance check between current transformer IS7A and common, IS7B and common and IS7C and common. Make sure that the resistance value on each phase is approximately the same.

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Swap SLC 4 with SLC 3.
- If system checks are good, replace SLC 4 and do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Perform a voltage check as follows:
From To Result K25-X1 Ground K25 -Y1 Ground - If no voltage and there are no CAIMS messages related to EM2 fuses (F1, F2, F3 and F4), continue with next step.
- If no voltage and there is CAIMS messages related to EM2 Fuses (F1, F2, F3 and F4), troubleshoot these messages first, continue with next step.
- If there is 28 VDC, go to step 4.
- Verify voltage check on TB402-3.
- If system checks are good, continue with next step.
- If fault remains, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- Remove SLC 4 and disconnect K25-X1, K25-X2, K25-Y1, K25-Y2, K25-11 and K25-12.
- Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result K25-11 (lug) Ground - If there is continuity, continue with next step.
- If there is no continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- Perform a continuity check between the connections as follows:
From To Result K25-Y2 (lug) Ground K25-X2 (lug) Ground K25-12 (lug) Ground - If there is continuity, go to step 9.
- If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
- Perform a continuity check between the connections as follows:
From To Result K25-Y2 (lug) P411A-10 K25-X2 (lug) P411A-11 K25-12 (lug) P411C-19 - If there is continuity, continue with next step.
- If there is no continuity, go to step 9.
- Replace contactor K25.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace ACPC.
- Do close out.
