Fault Description:
Any Transformer Rectifier Unit available and Solid State Power Controller (SSPC) 4 (K10) is open and not failed and Avionic Battery current is greater than 10 Amps. Battery Master Switch is On and no TRU power available and SSPC 4 is On and Avionics Battery current is or near zero (3 ±3 A). The test will not be performed if related DC Power Quality Monitor board has failed.

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Access CAIMS active faults. Is message 2460431DCP DCPC SSPC4 K10 FAILED posted?
- If YES, troubleshoot this message first.
- If NO, continue with next step.
- Access DCPC logic assembly. Swap DCPQM 2 with DCPQM 1. Is the fault resolved?
- If YES, replace DCPQM 2 and do close out.
- If NO, continue with next step.
- Replace current transducer IS1. Is the fault resolved?
- If YES, do close out.
- If NO, continue with next step.
- Replace DCPC.
- Do close out.
