Fault Description:
When Stall Protection Computer (SPC) senses a Pusher Actuator failure during continuous Built-In Test (BIT) or Pilot Activated Test (PAT) - one of the faults that follow occurs:
- The SPC receives a Pusher failure discrete
- The SPC receives a Pusher error indication that only SPC Channel A has the Stick Push discrete active
Possible Causes:
- Pilot Pusher
- Stick Pusher Capstan
- Stick Pusher Actuator (A190)
- Stall Protection Computer (SPC) (A40)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Swap Pilot Master Disconnect Switch.
- If system checks are good, replace defective Pilot Master Disconnect Switch and do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Perform wiring checks between Pilot Master Disconnect Switch, Pusher and SPC.
- If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.
- Replace Stick Pusher Actuator.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace Stick Pusher Capstan.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace Stall Protection Computer (SPC).
- Do close out.
