Wiring Diagram: 27-32-02 [ Global Express ]  [ G5000 ]  [ Global XRS ]

Message Description:

Channel B of the Stall Protection Computer (SPC) senses an internal error in the discrete output for the Pusher, Shaker 2, Pitch Disconnect Lock, or Stall Protection System (SPS) Fail signal. The error can be found during continuous Built-In Test (BIT) or Pilot Activated Test (PAT). For Shaker and Pitch Disconnect Lock, no electrical power during output activation can be incorrectly sensed as a fault condition.

Possible Causes:

  • Stick Shaker 2 (A204)
  • Stick Pusher Lock Channel B
  • Pitch Disconnect Lock Solenoid (L50)
  • Stall Protection Computer (SPC) Channel B

Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Perform wiring checks between SPDA 4 (A16P3) and SPC (A40BP1).

    1. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  2. Disconnect the Pitch Disconnect Lock Solenoid (L50) and perform a wiring check between the SPC (A40AP1) and the Pitch Disconnect Lock Solenoid (L50P1).

    1. If wiring defects are found, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If no wiring defects are found, continue with next step.

  3. Replace the Pitch Disconnect Lock Solenoid. Is the fault still present?

    1. If YES, continue with next step.
    2. If NO, do close out.

  4. Replace Stall Protection Computer (SPC).
  5. Do close out.
