Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Swap FCU 1 with FCU 2. Is the fault still present?
NOTE: Prior to swapping FCUs, clear both FCU latched faults. Make sure that the FCUs have gone through the complete Built-In Test with all hydraulics systems pressurized and wait 30 seconds after the 'SPLRS STAB IN TEST' CAS message is cleared.

    1. If NO, replace FCU 1 and do close out.
    2. If YES, continue with next step.

  2. Perform a wiring check between FCU 1 (A65BP1)/(A65EP1) and RTL position transducer 1 (MT130P1).

    1. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  3. Replace RTL position transducer 1.
  4. Do close out.
