Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Disconnect the connector A213P1 from the REFUEL/DEFUEL control panel. In the front spar RH on the REFUEL/DEFUEL control panel, set the switch START-STOP/SOV TEST to START and Perform a check for 28 ±2 VDC on the wiring side as follows:

    From To Result
    A213P1-12 A213P1-13 28 ±2 VDC

    1. If there is 28 ±2 VDC, continue with step 6.
    2. If there is no 28 ±2 VDC, continue with next step.

  2. Disconnect the connector A48P1 from the ASCA and perform a check for 28 ±2 VDC on the LRU side as follows:

    From To Result
    A48P1-T A48P1-U 28 ±2 VDC

    1. If there is no 28 ±2 VDC, perform a troubleshooting for "DC/Batt Bus Isolated".
    2. If there is 28 ±2 VDC, continue with next step.

  3. Perform a continuity check as follows:

    From To Result
    A48P1-T JB6EP1-59
    A48P1-U JB6BP1-41
    JB6EP1-56 A213P1-13
    JB6DP1-6A A213P1-12
    A213P1-16 GS906
    A213P1-17 GS907
    A213P1-18 GS908
    A213P1-19 GS909

    1. If there is no continuity, repair or replace defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is continuity, continue with next step.

  4. Check the relay K1 operation in the circuit-card 3 test points (refer to WM 24-00-14 sheet 8).

    1. If it is defective, replace the circuit-card 3 from JB6 and do close out.
    2. If it is not defective, continue with next step.

  5. Check the relay K8 operation in the circuit-card 1 test points (refer to WM 24-00-14 sheet 1).

    1. If it is defective, replace the circuit-card 1 from JB6 and do close out.
    2. If it is not defective, continue with next step.

  6. Perform a continuity check as follows:

    From To Result
    A213P1-4 A47EP1-A11
    A213P1-5 A47EP1-A12
    A213P1-6 A47EP1-C11
    A213P1-7 A47EP1-C12
    A213P1-8 A47EP1-E11

    A47CP1-E1 JB6BP1-37
    A47FP1-11 GS43
    A47FP1-17 GS43

    1. If there is no continuity, repair or replace defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is continuity, replace the REFUEL/DEFUEL control panel and continue with next step.

  7. Check if the fault message "COCKPIT REFUEL/DEFUEL PANEL/WRG FLT" is still present.

    1. If NO, do close out.
    2. If YES, continue with next step.

  8. Perform a continuity check as follows:

    From To Result
    A46P1-4 A47EP1-A14
    A46P1-5 A47EP1-A15
    A46P1-6 A47EP1-C14
    A46P1-7 A47EP1-C15
    A46P1-8 A47EP1-E14
    A46P1-9 A47EP1-E15
    A46P1-10 A47EP1-G14
    A46P1-11 A47EP1-G15

    A47CP1-E1 JB6BP1-37
    A47FP1-11 GS43
    A47FP1-17 GS43

    1. If there is no continuity, repair or replace defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is continuity, continue with next step.

  9. Replace the FMQGC.
  10. Do close out.
