Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Remove the FMQGC. Reinstall the FMQGC making sure it is fully and properly inserted into place. Is the fault still present?

    1. If NO, do close out.
    2. If YES, continue with next step.

  2. Access connectors A47FP1 and A47AP1 for FMQGC. Remove JB6 and access connector JB6EP1. Perform a continuity check as follows:

    From To Result
    JB6EP1-30 A47FP1-13
    JB6EP1-29 A47AP1-D15

    1. If there is no continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is continuity, continue with next step.

  3. Perform a continuity check as follows:

    From To Result
    JB6EP1-29 Ground
    JB6EP1-30 Ground

    1. If there is continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  4. Replace junction box (JB6).

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Is fault message "L REFUEL VALVE/WRG FAULT" is still present?

    1. If NO, do close out.
    2. If YES, continue with next step.
