Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Remove all connectors from the left WTC. Inspect connectors and pins for damage/defects.

    1. If no defects or damage is found, reconnect the WTC connectors and continue with next step.
    2. If defects or damage is found, repair/rectify as required.

  2. Perform a wiring check between Left Window and left windshield AC PWR circuit breakers (connector A35J3, located on the cockpit circuit breaker panel (CCBP)) and the left WTC (connector A164P1).

    1. If wiring defects are found, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If no defects are found, continue with next step.

  3. Perform a 115 VAC voltage check at left window AC PWR circuit breaker (CB-F11).

    1. If 115 VAC is present, go to step 7.
    2. If voltage out of range, continue with next step.

  4. Replace the left window AC PWR circuit breaker.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Perform a 115 VAC voltage check at left windshield AC PWR circuit breakers (CB-H10 & CB-H11).

    1. If 115 VAC is present, go to step 7.
    2. If voltage out of range, continue with next step.

  6. Replace the defective left windshield AC PWR circuit breaker.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  7. Swap WTCs and replace if necessary.
  8. Do close out.
