Fault Description:
The Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) 1 senses that the Potentiometer exitation voltage of the manual channel of the Outflow Valve 1 is out of range.
Possible Causes:
- FWD Outflow Valve (L8)
- Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) 1 (A17)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Disconnect the connector L8P2 from outflow valve 1 and remove the DAU 1 to get access to connector A17AP1. Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result L8P2-3 A17AP1-E14 L8P2-4 A17AP1-D14 L8P2-5 A17AP1-C14 L8P2-SH A17AP1-SH - If there is no continuity, repair or replace defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is continuity, continue with next step.
- Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result L8P2-3 Ground L8P2-4 Ground L8P2-5 Ground - If there is continuity, repair or replace defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
- Swap Outflow Valve 1 with Outflow Valve 2. Is the fault still present?
- If NO, replace Outflow Valve 1 and do close out.
- If YES, continue with next step.
- Replace DAU 1.
- Do close out.
