Fault Description:
The Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) 1 senses that the electrical resistance of the Left Pack Discharge Temperature-Sensor is out of range.
Possible Causes:
- Pack Discharge Temperature-Sensor 1 (E27)
- Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) 1 (A17)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Disconnect the connector E27P1 from left pack discharge temperature-sensor and remove the DAU 1 to get access to connector A17BP1. Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result E27P1-4 A17BP1-D10 E27P1-5 A17BP1-E10 E27P1-SH A17BP1-SH - If there is no continuity, repair or replace defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is continuity, continue with next step.
- Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result E27P1-4 Ground E27P1-5 Ground - If there is continuity, repair or replace defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
- Swap left pack discharge temperature-sensor with right pack discharge temperature-sensor. Is the fault still present?
- If NO, replace the left pack discharge temperature-sensor and do close out.
- If YES, continue with next step.
- Replace DAU 1.
- Do close out.
