Fault Description:
The Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) 2 senses that the excitation voltage for the Right Pack Discharge Temperature-Sensor is out of range.
Possible Causes:
- Right Pack Discharge Temperature Sensor (E33)
- Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) 2 (A18)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Disconnect the connector E33P1 from right pack discharge temperature-sensor and remove the DAU 2 to get access to connector A18BP1. Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result E33P1-4 A18BP1-D10 E33P1-5 A18BP1-E10 E33P1-SH A18BP1-SH - If there is no continuity, repair or replace defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is continuity, continue with next step.
- Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result E33P1-4 Ground E33P1-5 Ground - If there is continuity, repair or replace defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
- Swap initial right pack discharge temperature-sensor with left pack discharge temperature-sensor. Is the fault still present?
- If NO, replace the right pack discharge temperature-sensor and do close out.
- If YES, continue with next step.
- Replace DAU 2.
- Do close out.
