Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Access the Nose Landing Gear (NLG) door assembly. Check if there is damage to the NLG door uplock proximity sensor and wiring.

    1. If damage is found, go to step 7.
    2. If no damage is found, continue with the next step.

  2. Check if there is damage in the Nose gear door uplock sensor target.

    1. If damage is found, replace the Nose gear door uplock sensor target and do close out.
    2. If no damage is found, continue with the next step.

  3. Perform the adjustment of the Nose-gear door-uplock proximity sensors AMM task 32-61-05-820-803. Is the fault still present?

    1. If NO, do close out.
    2. If YES, continue with next step.

  4. Perform a continuity check between the pins of the connector P106 (NOSE LD/GR BULKHEAD (FS202.00 RHS)) as follows:

    From To Result
    P106-E P106-F

    1. If there is no continuity, go to step 7.
    2. If there is continuity, continue with next step.

  5. Remove the LGECU. Perform a continuity check as follow:

    From To Result
    A52BP1-G1 P214-99
    A52BP1-H1 P214-100
    J214-99 J106-E
    J214-100 J106-F

    1. If there is no continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is continuity, continue with next step.

  6. Perform a continuity check as follows:

    From To Result
    J106-E Ground
    J106-F Ground

    1. If there is continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  7. Replace the Nose Gear Door-Uplock Proximity sensor.
  8. Do close out.
