Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Access the Main Landing Gear (MLG). Check if there is damage to the MLG almost down proximity sensor and wiring.
- If there is damage to the sensor or wiring, go to step 8.
- If there is no damage, continue with the next step.
- Check if there is damage in the LH main-gear almost-down sensor target.
- If there is damage, replace the LH MLG almost-down sensor target and do close out.
- If there is no damage, continue with the next step.
- Perform the Adjustment of the Main-Gear Almost-Down Proximity-Sensors (AMM 32-61-01-820-805). Is the fault still present?
- If NO, do close out.
- If YES, continue with next step.
- Access and disconnect the L MLG pressure bulkhead connector (P431). Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result P431-E P431-F - If there is no continuity, go to step 8.
- If there is continuity, continue with next step.
- Perform a continuity check as follow:
From To Result A52AP1-G11 J311-65 A52AP1-H11 J311-66 P311-65 J431-E P311-66 J431-F - If there is no continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is continuity, continue with the next step.
- Perform a continuity check as follow:
From To Result A52AP1-G11 Ground A52AP1-H11 Ground - If there is continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
- Replace Left Main Gear Almost Down Sensor.
- Do close out.
