Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Access the RH Main Landing Gear (MLG) door assembly. Check if there is damage to the RH MLG door-open proximity sensor and bracket.
- If there is damage to the sensor, replace the RH main-gear door-open sensor.
- If there is damage to the sensor bracket, replace the sensor bracket and do close out.
- If there is no damage, continue with next step.
- Check if there is damage in the RH main-gear door-open sensor target.
- If there is damage to the sensor target, replace the sensor target and do close out.
- If there is no damage, continue with the next step.
- Perform the rigging of the main-gear inboard doors.
- Perform the adjustment of the main-gear door-open proximity-sensors.
- Perform the operational test of the position indication system.
- If the operational test is satisfactory, do close out.
- If the operational test is not satisfactory, continue with next step.
- Perform the troubleshooting for the RH sensor and target again. Repair as required
- Do close out.
