Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Access and disconnect APU Oil temperature sensor connector MT6P1. Perform a complete visual inspection of both mating connectors. Look for contamination or damage.

    1. If damage or contamination is found, repair/clean as required and do close out.
    2. If inspection is good, continue with next step

  2. Perform a continuity check on the sensor as follows:

    From To Result
    MT6J1-A Ground
    MT6J1-B Ground

    1. If there is continuity, replace the APU Oil Temperature Sensor and do close out.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  3. Disconnect APU FADEC connector A108BP1. Perform a continuity check as follows:

    From To Result
    A108BP1-G6 Ground
    A108BP1-H6 Ground
    A108BP1-J6 Ground

    1. If there is continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If there is no continuity, continue with next step.

  4. Replace the APU FADEC.
  5. Do close out.
