Message Description:
The Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) cannot read data from the time totalizing meter. This shows a possible defective time totalizing meter or a possible short or open circuit in the engine branched wiring-harness or the aircraft wiring harness.

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Examine the engine branched wiring-harness for bare wiring, kinks, worn areas and other damage (WM 49-12).
- If there is bare wiring, kinks, worn areas or other damage, replace engine branched wiring-harness and do close out.
- If the message NO DATA - TIME TOTALIZING METER/WRG still shows on the CAIMS PMAT, continue with next step.
- Examine the time totalizing meter (M1) receptacle for contamination and damage.
- If there is contamination or damage, go to step 8.
- If the message NO DATA - TIME TOTALIZING METER/WRG still shows on the CAIMS PMAT, continue with next step.
- Connect the hour meter/start counter reader to the time totalizing meter (M1). Push down and hold the push-button on the hour meter/start counter reader.
- If there is no data on the EVENTS LED, go to step 8.
- If the message NO DATA - TIME TOTALIZING METER/WRG still shows on the CAIMS PMAT, continue with next step.
- Perform wiring checks between P1 (APU) and M1P1 (time totalizing meter).
- If wiring checks are not good, replace the engine branched wiring-harness and do close out.
- If wiring checks are good and if the message NO DATA - TIME TOTALIZING METER/WRG still shows on the CAIMS PMAT, continue with next step.
- Perform a insulation resistance check between pins of APU connector (P1) and time totalizing meter (M1P1) with shell as follows (WM 49-12):
From To Expected Result Result P1-72 Ground >1 megaohm M1P1-C Ground >1 megaohm - If wiring checks are not good, replace engine branched wiring-harness and do close out.
- If wiring checks are good and if the message NO DATA - TIME TOTALIZING METER/WRG still shows on the CAIMS PMAT, continue with next step.
- Perform a wiring check between aircraft wiring harness connector (J802) and FADEC connector (A108AP1).
- If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.
- Replace FADEC (A108).
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace Time Totalizing Meter (M1).
- Do close out.
