Fault Message:
L ITT SIGNAL FAULT (CHANNEL A)
Fault Code:
7325725LBR
Associated CAS:
| Reporting LRU: | EEC 1 |
| System Description: | 77-20-00 |
| Schematic Diagram: | 77-20-00 [ Global Express ] [ G5000 ] [ Global XRS ] |
| Wiring Diagram: | 71-50-01 [ Global Express ] [ G5000 ] [ Global XRS ] |
Fault Description:
There is a failure of the signals from channel A of the ITT thermocouples.
Possible Causes:
- Inter-Turbine Temperature (ITT) Thermocouple
- Associated Wiring between ITT Thermocouple and Engine Electronic Controller (EEC)
- Engine Electronic Controller (EEC)
Troubleshooting Tips:
Advisory Wire/Service Bulletin: None
Forum Articles/Infoservice/Newsletter: None
- Check the wiring between the ITT thermocouple and the EEC prior to replacing an EEC.
- If loss of ITT Indication occurs due to the CH A and/or CH B failure, the EICAS will display dashes instead of the normal indication.
- The ITT circuits are continuously monitored by the FADEC.

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
CAUTION: DO NOT PERFORM ELECTRICAL CHECKS INTO THE ENGINE ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER (EEC). IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THIS INSTRUCTION, DAMAGE TO THE EEC CAN OCCUR.
- Do a deactivation of the thrust reverser.
- Open the cowls.
- Remove the applicable bypass−duct access panel.
- Remove the applicable combustion section fairing.
- Perform wiring checks between the EEC 1 (P1044) and the bypass duct (J1030 and P1030).
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Perform wiring checks between the bypass duct (J1030 and P1030), the ITT thermocouples (TB2112, TB2113) and the ground (GC2103).
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace the defective ITT thermocouple.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Swap the EECs.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace the ITT Harness.
- Make sure that the primary indication of ITT shows on the EICAS display.
- Do close out.
