Fault Message:
L FUEL FLOW TRANSMIT/FMU XCK MA
Fault Code:
7326620LBR
Associated CAS:
| Reporting LRU: | Fuel Metering Unit (FMU) |
| System Description: | 73-30-00 |
| Schematic Diagram: | None |
| Wiring Diagram: | 71-50-01 [ Global Express ] [ G5000 ] [ Global XRS ] |
Fault Description:
The fault message is set when there is an unsatisfactory difference between these signals:
- The signal which gives an indication of fuel flow from the Fuel Flow Transmitter
- The signal which gives an indication of the position of the Fuel Metering Valve in the Fuel Metering Unit (FMU)
These circuits are continuously monitored by the Full-Authority Digital Engine-Controller (FADEC).
Possible Causes:
- Fuel Flow Transmitter (FFT)
- Fuel Metering Unit (FMU)
- Left Engine Electronic Control (EEC)

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Remove the electrical power from the aircraft.
- Perform a deactivation of the thrust reverser.
- Open the cowls.
- Perform a check for signs of fuel leaks on the interface between the fuel flow transmitter and the FMU.
- If there is a leakage, replace fuel tubes, unions and connectors as required and go to step 7.
- If there is no leakage, continue with next step.
- Replace the fuel flow transmitter.
- If system checks are good, go to step 7.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace FMU.
- Close the cowls and perform a activation of the thrust reverser.
- Do close out.
