Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Check if the fault messages L OIL FILTER [BLKG]/PRESS SW/WRG (7325628LBR) and L OIL FILTER SW WRG/ SWITCH (7325629LBR) are displayed at the same time or during the same flight.

    1. If YES, perform the troubleshooting for the fault messages (7325629LBR) first and continue with next step.
    2. If NO, continue with next step.

  2. Perform the deactivation of the Thrust Reverser and open the cowls.
  3. Perform a visually Inspection to the filter differential pressure pop-up indicator (at the bottom of filter) as per Engine Manual (EMM 79-34-02-210-801).
  4. Perform a detailed Inspection of the Oil filter element as per Engine Manual (EMM 79-21-02-220-801).

    1. If the oil filter element inspection is satisfactory, go to step 8.
    2. If the oil filter element inspection is not satisfactory, go to step 7.

  5. Perform wiring checks between the Oil Filter DP Switch (P1069) and the EEC 1 (P1046).

    1. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and go to step 9.
    2. If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.

  6. Swap EEC 1 with EEC 2. Is the fault still present?

    1. If NO, replace EEC 1 and go to step 9.
    2. If YES, go to step 8.

  7. Replace the oil filter element.

    1. If system checks are good, go to step 9.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  8. Replace the Oil Filter DP Switch.
  9. Close the cowls and activate thrust reverser.
  10. Do close out.
