Message Description:
TCAS fan does not operate.
Possible Causes:
- Traffic/Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) Fan has an obstruction and cannot turn freely
- Secondary Power Distribution Assembly (SPDA) 4
- Traffic/Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) Fan
- Traffic/Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) Fan Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Check for 28 VDC power supplied to TCAS fan at SPDA4 A16P3 pin f.
- If no 28 VDC, continue with next step.
- If there is 28 VDC, go to step 3.
- Swap SPDA4.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Perform wiring checks between TCAS fan and SPDA4.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace defective TCAS fan.
- Do close out.
