Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Make sure the Ground Power Unit (GPU) is energized and supplying power.
  2. Access the ACPC thermal Circuit Breaker (CB) front panel.
  3. Make sure EXT AC INTERLOCK (CB-A9) is set to IN.

    1. If the CB is set to IN, continue with next step.
    2. If the CB was set to OUT, set the CB back to IN and do close out.

  4. Cycle the CB. Is the fault resolved?

    1. If YES, do close out.
    2. If NO, continue with next step.

  5. Interchange the GPU with another GPU if available. Is the fault still present?

    1. If YES, continue with next step.
    2. If NO, replace defective GPU.

  6. Perform troubleshooting in observed fault "247OBS003 - ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING VIA EMS CDU SIGNBOARD"
  7. Do close out.
