Message Description:
The Floor Heater does not operate. The result is that the air temperature is colder at the Flight Crew Floor.
Possible Causes:
- Heated Floor Mat
- Copilot Floor Heater 1 (HR2)
- Copilot Floor Heater 2 (HR3)
- Pilot Floor Heater 1 (HR4)
- Pilot Floor Heater 2 (HR5)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Perform a continuity check of the wiring between the SPDA 1 and the heaters.
- If there is no continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is continuity, continue with next step.D
- Disconnect the connectors. Perform a continuity check as follows:

From To Result HR5J1-A A13P2-H HR5J1-B GS306 For Copilot Heater 1:
From To Result HR2J1-A A13P3-H HR2J1-B GS305 For Copilot Heater 2:
From To Result HR3J1-A A13P3-H HR3J1-B GS305 - If there is no continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is continuity, continue with next step.
- Replace the defective floor heater. Connect the disconnected connectors.
- Do close out.
