Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Access CAIMS active or stored faults and check if the following messages are displayed:

Name of Display Unit Fault Message (Active or Stored)
CAIMS PMAT FMQGS COMPUTER CH A (B) LMS/WRG FAULT
    CAIMS PMAT FMQGS COMPUTER/WRG FAULT

    1. If YES, perform the applicable troubleshooting in the SmartFix Plus "Troubleshooting by CAIMS" section and do close out.
    2. If NO, continue with next step.

  2. Perform a continuity check for an open circuit between RDCP (A46P1) and FMQGC (A47EP1).

    From To Result
    A46P1-4 A47EP1-A14
    A46P1-5 A47EP1-A15
    A46P1-6 A47EP1-C14
    A46P1-7 A47EP1-C15
