Message Description:
Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) 2 is reporting the Hydraulic System 2 quantity erratically or dashed out on the Engine Indication and Crew Alerting System (EICAS) Hydraulic Synoptic Page.
Possible Causes:
- Hydraulic System 2 Reservoir Temperature Transducer (MT141)
- Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) 2 (A18)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Swap DAU 2 with DAU 1.
- If system checks are good, replace DAU 2 and do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Perform wiring check between DAU 2 and Hydraulic Temperature Transducer 2.
- If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.
- Replace Hydraulic Temperature Transducer 2 (MT141).
- Do close out.
