Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Disconnect the electrical connector P734 on the intermediate-pressure transducer. Perform the voltage check as follows:
From To Expected Result Result P734-A P734-B 28 VDC - If the voltage is not as specified, go to step 4.
- If the voltage is as specified, continue with next step.
- Connect the electrical connector P734 to the intermediate-pressure transducer. Disconnect the electrical connector A70P1 from BMC 1. Perform the voltage check as follows:
From To Expected Result Result A70P1-2 A70P1-3 0.02-9.9 VDC - If the voltage is more than 9.9 VDC, replace the right intermediate-pressure transducer and do close out.
- If the voltage is less than 0.02 VDC, continue with next step.
- Disconnect the electrical connector P734 from the intermediate-pressure transducer. Perform a continuity check between the connectors Right IPT (P734) and BMC 2 (A70P1) as follows:
From To Result P734-C A70P1-2 P734-D A70P1-3 - If there is no continuity, repair defective wiring as required and continue with next step.
- If there is continuity, replace the right intermediate-pressure transducer and continue with next step.
- Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result P734-B GS295 - If there is no continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is continuity, continue with next step.
- Disconnect the electrical connector P600. Perform the voltage check as follows:
From To Result J600-m Ground - If there is continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
- Disconnect the JB4 electrical connector JB4AP1. Perform a continuity check between J600 and JB4AP1 as follows:
From To Result J600-m JB4AP1-11C - If there is no continuity, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is continuity, continue with next step.
- Replace the PCB2 in the junction box JB4.
- Do close out.
