Message Description:
Indicates to flight crew that the measured bulk fuel temperature is below -35°C (-31°F). The fuel temperature low caution message is independent of whether the Fuel Return To Tank (FRTT) system is installed in the aircraft or not.
Possible Causes:
- Left Temperature Sensor 1 (TS1L) (E34)
- Left Temperature Sensor 2 (TS2L) (E35)
- Right Temperature Sensor 1 (TS1R) (E51)
- Right Temperature sensor 2 (TS2R) (E37)
- Right Temperature Sensor 3 (TS3R) (E52)
- Left Fuel Recirculation Valve
- Right Fuel Recirculation Valve
- Fuel Management and Quantity Gauging Computer (FMQGC) (A47)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Was either the L FUEL RECIRC FAIL (Caution) or R FUEL RECIRC FAIL (Caution) CAS message displayed at the time the WING FUEL LO TEMP (Caution) CAS message was displayed?
- If YES, troubleshoot those messages first.
- If NO, continue with next step.
NOTE: Before performing the steps below make sure the aircraft has been allowed to reach ambient temperature inside a hangar.
- Using the PMAT, access CAIMS - SYSTEM DIAG - ATA 28 - FMQGC CH. A(B) - LRU TEST and select LEFT(RIGHT) WING FUEL TEMPERATURE.
- Compare and record the left and right wing temperature sensor readings on both FMQGC channels.

- Rerack the FMQGC making sure it is fully and properly pushed in its tray. Is the WING FUEL LO TEMP (Caution) CAS message still present?
- If YES, replace the FMQGC and do close out.
- If NO, continue with next step.
- Do close out.
