Fault Description:
Left Aft Boost-Pump pressure is high and low at the same time.
Possible Causes:
- Left Aft AC Boost-Pump Pressure-Switch (S10)
- Fuel Management and Quantity Gauging Computer (FMQGC) (A47)
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Disconnect connector S10P1 (LEFT AFT BP PRESS SW). Perform a continuity check on the pressure switch side as follows:
From To Result S10P1-G GS283 S10P1-A GS283 - If there is continuity, replace the left aft boost-pump pressure-switch and do close out.
- If there is no continuity, continue with the next step.
- Remove the FMQGC. Perform a continuity check as follows:
From To Result A47AP1-E12 Ground A47AP1-F12 Ground - If there is continuity, repair or replace the defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If there is no continuity, continue with next step.
- Rerack the FMQGC making sure it is fully and properly inserted into place. Is the fault still present?
- If NO, do close out.
- If YES, continue with next step.
- Replace the FMQGC.
- Do close out.
