Troubleshooting Recommendations:

  1. Ensure system is properly serviced.

    1. If low quantity found, service and recheck system. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If quantity is good, continue with next step.

  2. Operate 3A and 3B Hydraulic ACMPs independently. Confirm pump operation on Hydraulic Synoptic page.

    1. If pump(s) fail to operate, replace applicable pump and retest. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  3. Inspect system filter DPIs.

    1. If DPIs are tripped, replace filter(s) and recheck system. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If DPIs are good, continue with next step.

  4. Swap Hydraulic System 3 Transducer (MT146) and Hydraulic System 1 Transducer (MT140).

    1. If system checks are good, replace Hydraulic System 3 Transducer and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  5. Swap DAU 3 with DAU 4.

    1. If system checks are good, replace DAU 3 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  6. Perform wiring checks between hydraulic system 3 filter manifold transducer (MT146), DAU 3 and SPDA 3.

    1. If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
    2. If wiring checks good, continue with next step.

  7. Ensure 28 VDC input from SPDA 3 to transducer.

    1. If there is 28 VDC, go to step 9.
    2. If there is no 28 VDC, continue with next step.

  8. Swap SPDA 3 and SPDA 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace SPDA 3 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  9. Replace the Hydraulic System 3 Filters.

    1. If system checks are good, do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  10. Swap Hydraulic System Filter Manifolds 3 with Hydraulic System Filter Manifolds 2.

    1. If system checks are good, replace Hydraulic System Filter Manifolds 3 and do close out.
    2. If fault remains, continue with next step.

  11. Accomplish Hydraulic System 3 Internal Leakage Check.
  12. Do close out.
