Message Description:
One of the following messages is displayed on the Portable Maintenance-Access Terminal (PMAT):
- CDB Exception: Could not delete from specified tables
- CDB Exception: Data has changed; operation stopped
- Could not open file 'I'
- Could not open DYNASET to count GetAIlLRU info 1
- Could not open DYNASET to count LRU info
- DLL_MGR: ASCB Initialization FAILED!
- Run-time error '3051': Microsoft jet database engine cannot open the file 'C:\CAIMS\DATABASENAME.0XX'. It is already opened exclusively by other user, or you need permission to view its data
- CDB Exception Data has changed

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Cancel the error message.
- Re-install the LDI database with the most current version on your PMAT. You can find the appropriate files and instructions on the Bombardier Customer Portal website using the following path:
- Login the Bombardier Customer Portal website
- Select the SERVICES tab in the left pane
- Select TECHNICAL TOOLS
- Select Global Express/Global XRS/G5000 Downloads
- At the top of the page, select CAIMS LDI Software
- Select the correct LDI file and follow instructions on page
- Start CAIMS and check that it starts normally. Is the fault resolved?
- If YES, do close out.
- If NO, continue with next step.
- Replace the PMAT.
- Do close out.
