Message Description:
A hissing or squealing noise emanates from the Passenger Door when in flight.

Troubleshooting Recommendations:

- Inspect the door's seal and seal striker for damage, condition and contaminants.
- If damage or contamination is found, clean or replace as required and do close out.
- If inspection results are good, continue with next step.
- Make sure the door installation is properly rigged.
- If door rigging is required, perform rigging.
- If door is properly rigged, continue with next step.
NOTE:Check for proper shimming of the forward swan neck hinge. Re-shim if required.
- Inspect the door drains to ensure the rubber flap is not missing or cracked. Also look for paint over-spray or FOD that will prevent the rubber flap from sealing. Repair/replace if required.
- Inspect the Seal Carrier Tooling Holes. Reseal if required.
- Inspect the door vent flap seal and adjust if required.
- Do close out.
