Fault Description:
The Bleed Management Controller (BMC) 2 does not receive data from Channel B of Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) 4. Inhibited during Take-off and Landing.

- Data Acquisition Unit (DAU) 4 (A31)
- Junction Box (JB4)/PCB2
- Junction Box (JB4)/PCB3
- Associated Wiring

Troubleshooting Recommendations:
- Swap BMC 2 with BMC 1.
- If system checks are good, replace BMC 2 and do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Swap DAU 4 with DAU 2 (if other units connected to the same ARINC GP Bus do not receive data).
- If system checks are good, replace DAU 4 and do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Perform wiring checks between BMC 2, JB4 and DAU 4.
- If wiring checks are not good, repair defective wiring as required and do close out.
- If wiring checks are good, continue with next step.
NOTE: Remove all interface components for short test.
- Replace PCB2/JB4.
- If system checks are good, do close out.
- If fault remains, continue with next step.
- Replace PCB3/JB4.
- Do close out.
